How to Track Your Order

Tracking your PRO LAB order is simple and convenient:

Step 1: Order Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via Email and WhatsApp.

Step 2: Access Tracking

Use the tracking number on our delivery partner's website (BlueDart) or through the link provided in your notification.

Step 3: Monitor Status

Track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Step 4: Receive Updates

Get automatic notifications for key milestones like dispatch, in-transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

Your order goes through several stages from creation to delivery:

Estimated Delivery Dates

Your estimated delivery date is calculated based on:

  • Production Time: 3-5 business days for most photo books
  • Shipping Time: Based on your location (5-14 business days)
  • Product Complexity: Custom products may require additional time
  • Current Order Volume: During peak seasons, processing may take longer

You can view your estimated delivery date in the Order Confirmation Email and in My Orders section on the PRO LAB website.

How Long Does Production Take?

Production time varies based on the product type and customization level:

⏰ Business Days: Production time is counted in business days (Monday-Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Rush Order Options

Currently, PRO LAB does not offer express production or rush order services. All orders follow our standard production timeline to ensure consistent quality.

🎯 Planning Your Order:

For time-sensitive events (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries), we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to account for production and shipping time.

Packaging

Our Packaging Standards:

We use bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and protective corners to ensure safe delivery. Each package is sealed and tamper-evident for your security.
