1. Personalized Photo Print Products
Our personalized photo print products are custom-made according to your
specifications. These products include but are not limited to canvas prints,
photo books, posters, and other customized photo items.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order for personalized photo print products is placed, it
immediately enters the production process to ensure prompt delivery. Due
to the personalized nature of the products, cancellation requests can only
be accommodated within half an hour of placing the order on working time
and days. After this time frame, cancellation requests may not be
processed.
3. Refunds
As personalized photo print products are unique to each customer and
cannot be resold, we regret to inform you that they are non-refundable. We
are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless:
a. The product is damaged during transit: In the unfortunate event that your
personalized photo print product arrives in a damaged condition, please
contact our customer support team immediately. To facilitate the process,
kindly provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will
assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a
replacement only and no refund.
b. Production errors: In the unlikely event that there is an error or
discrepancy with the customization of your photo print product, please
contact us within 1-2 days of receiving the order. We may request proof of
the error, such as photographs or specific details, to investigate the matter.
If the error is determined to be on our end, we will offer a replacement.
c. Color Reproduction Disclaimer:
We strive to deliver the best possible print quality; however, please be aware that colors in printed photos may not exactly match what you see on your digital screen. This applies to all devices including high-end monitors, MacBooks, tablets, and smartphones.
Why colors differ:
Screens emit light while prints reflect light, using different color systems
Monitor settings, calibration, and brightness levels vary significantly
Premium displays show wider color ranges than can be physically printed
Paper type, texture, and printing technology affect color appearance
These technical differences are standard across the photo printing industry and are not considered defects or errors. By placing your order, you acknowledge these limitations. PROLAB is not obliged to process refunds or provide replacements for color variations between your screen and the printed product. We encourage customers to carefully review digital proofs while keeping these technical constraints in mind.
4. Proof Approval
For certain personalized photo print products, we may provide a digital
proof for your approval before production. It is essential to review the proof
carefully, as once it is approved, any errors or discrepancies will be the
customer responsibility.
